Chaitali Baviskar is a results-driven healthcare executive with nearly two decades of experience
in ambulatory care operations and organizational transformation. She recently joined Project
HOME as the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Services and HRSA Project Director, where she leads
integrated, high-quality healthcare initiatives to break the cycle of homelessness and
poverty through compassionate and community-centered care.
Previously, Chaitali served as Assistant Vice President of Clinical Operations at Drexel University,
overseeing multi-site clinical services by successfully leading complex integrations. Her earlier
leadership roles at Ryan Health, The Brooklyn Hospital Center, and The George Washington
University Hospital were foundational. These positions equipped her with firsthand experience
in expanding healthcare programs, improving patient satisfaction, and optimizing operational
performance.
Dedicated to advancing healthcare leadership and mentoring future executives, Chaitali actively
engages with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and ACHE of Greater
Philadelphia. Most notably, she was selected as an ACHE Thomas C. Dolan Diversity in Executive
Leadership Scholar (2024) and awarded the ACHE of Greater Philadelphia Administrative Achievement Award (2025).
Chaitali holds both a Master of Health Services Administration & Graduate Certificate in
Health Information Technology from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts
in Sociology from the University of Florida. Outside the office, she is an accomplished dancer
who has performed at prestigious venues such as The Lincoln Center and The Kennedy Center.
She is also an avid marathoner, recently completing her ninth marathon in Sydney, Australia,
and six of the seven Abbott World Marathon Majors. She lives in Philadelphia with her lovable
pup, Nala.
