Sara Turley, MBA, FACHE is a healthcare strategist and executive with 20 years of leadership experience across academic medical centers, health systems, and consulting firms. She currently serves as Senior Director of Strategic Service Lines at UCI Health, where she leads the design, governance, and integration of major clinical programs across a six-hospital system.
Prior to UCI Health, Sara was a healthcare consultant at ECG Management Consultants, and she previously held several leadership roles at academic medical centers, including at Rush University Medical Center where she was Chief of Staff to the CEO. Sara began her career as a practice administrator, building deep expertise in operations, patient access, and physician alignment.
An active educator and thought leader, Sara served for nearly a decade as an adjunct instructor at Rush University and has authored numerous articles and case studies on patient access and performance improvement. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a board member of ACHE of San Diego. In 2021, Sara completed a healthcare leadership coaching certification from Healthcare Coaching Institute (HCI).
Sara holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BS in Psychology from Arizona State University. She is passionate about building healthcare systems that are more responsive, equitable, and human-centered.
