“There has never been a greater need for healthcare leaders to embrace DEIB as the communities we serve, and the people who staff our institutions, become increasingly diverse. Not only is it critical to the bottom line, but more importantly, our patients deserve providers who understand their unique healthcare needs so that they are able to get the best care possible. We are at a pivotal moment to be the change that we want to see – for our patients, our people, and our community.”
