CFAR Consulting and Coaching
Daphnie Pierre, Senior Manager at CFAR, brings more than a decade of experience in mission-driven organizations, with a focus on higher education and healthcare. Her work centers on organizational development, culture, governance, and strategy, with a particular emphasis on helping institutions align around shared goals, set direction, and navigate change. Her approach works to build clarity and trust among stakeholders, especially in systems where complexity and hierarchy intersect.
At CFAR, Daphnie has led and supported projects across the healthcare spectrum, including strategic planning, organizational development, leadership transition, and team development. Daphnie’s consulting is grounded in systems thinking methodologies, with a strong focus on understanding the formal and informal forces that shape culture, leadership, and impact in institutions. Her work is informed by both qualitative and quantitative data, which she translates into practical, actionable guidance for clients.
Prior to CFAR, she advised on strategy development and risk analysis at The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, translating complex biomedical and organizational challenges into actionable plans for senior leaders. Earlier in her career at Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Boston University, Daphnie supported several principal investigators by managing the pre- and post-award processes for federal and private sponsors.
She currently serves as the Board Secretary of Enroot, a Greater Boston nonprofit that supports immigrant youth through a combination of mentorship, leadership development, and career exploration, and the Medford Public Library Foundation, and is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Daphnie holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Public Health and an MBA in Strategy & Innovation, both from Boston University.
