Lauren W. Glowienka, MHSA, FACHE, is Vice President of Musculoskeletal and Neuroscience Service Lines at Main Line Health (MLH), where she leads strategic, programmatic, and operational efforts to ensure high-quality, efficient care. From 2022 to 2025, she also served as Vice President of Operations at Paoli Hospital, overseeing campus development, operations, and safety initiatives.
Since joining MLH in 2009 as an Administrative Fellow, Lauren has held various leadership positions focused on service line strategy, planning, business development, and surgical services. She remains engaged in the MLH Administrative Fellowship Program through recruitment and mentorship.
A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) since 2006 and a Fellow since 2016, Lauren serves as President of ACHE of Greater Philadelphia. Her dedication to professional growth includes active participation in educational and mentorship initiatives within MLH and external programs.
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in health policy and administration from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in health services administration from George Washington University.
