Kerri-Lynne N. Kellam is a dedicated healthcare executive with over a decade of progressive leadership experience within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She currently serves as the Chief of the Business Office at the VA Boston Healthcare System, where she leads a team of more than 120 professionals responsible for key administrative and patient support operations. She also serves concurrently as the Interim Strategic Operations Planner, playing a pivotal role in revenue enhancement, data management, and organizational planning.
Kerri-Lynne has held a variety of impactful roles across multiple VA medical centers and regional offices, including Ambulatory Care Operations Director, VISN 1 Access Lead, and Strategic and Space Planner. Her work has consistently focused on advancing operational excellence, improving access to care, and leading system-wide initiatives in strategic planning, space management oversight, performance improvement, and governance restructuring.
She holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and a graduate of several federal leadership academies.
Active in the professional community, Kerri-Lynne serves on advisory boards and committees with organizations such as the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) , where she was on the MA Chapter Board from 2019-2023 overseeing the Early Careerist Network and as a subcommittee co-chair for the Veteran Affair's Regent Advisory Board. Additionally, she is serves in the National Association of Health Services Executives (N.A.H.S.E), where she is the President of the Greater Boston Chapter, Co-Chair for the Young Professionals Committee and Secretary for the Public Service Chapter. Her leadership has earned her recognition including the 2023 N.A.H.S.E Greater Boston Chapter Leader of the Year and the 2022 ACHE of MA Early Careerist of the Year.
Kerri-Lynne's greatest role is being the mother of three extraordinary girls, who inspire her to stay focused, remain grounded, and to never forget that her actions shape their future - reminding her daily to lead with focus, love, humility, and purpose.
