Rhonda Jordan serves as executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Virtua Health, a leading $2 billion health system in New Jersey with more than 15,000 colleagues. With over three decades of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, Rhonda is a driving force behind Virtua’s people strategy—aligning talent with business growth, elevating the colleague experience, and cultivating a culture of excellence.
In her role, Rhonda oversees all facets of human resources, including talent management, organizational culture, leadership development, and talent acquisition. She is a passionate advocate for creating workplaces where every voice is valued and every individual feels seen, heard, and empowered. Her leadership has sparked initiatives that foster belonging and build a deeply engaged workforce.

Her career includes leadership roles at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and other esteemed institutions. Rhonda is a certified senior human resources professional, a master coach, and Six Sigma Green Belt trained. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Lamar University and a master’s degree from Capella University.
A steadfast champion of women in leadership, Rhonda serves on the boards of Junior Achievement of New Jersey, the Workforce Development Board of Burlington County, and the Center for Ambulatory and Minimally Invasive Surgery. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., continuing her lifelong commitment to service, empowerment, and excellence.
