Lance Bradshaw leads Intermountain Health’s enterprise-wide talent strategy and digital workforce initiatives, overseeing strategic workforce planning, AI integration, and leadership development for a 68,000-employee system. With more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, including roles at SelectHealth, Empiric Health, DaVita, and the University of Utah School of Medicine, he specializes in aligning people, technology, and operational strategy to drive organizational resilience and enhanced caregiver and patient experiences.
A dual MBA/MHA graduate from the University of Utah and current EdD candidate in Healthcare Leadership, Lance is an adjunct faculty member in the Information Systems program at the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business, where he teaches advanced Excel, data visualization, and ethical analytics to future business leaders. He also serves as a guest lecturer in the MHA program and facilitates digital transformation workshops and new-employee orientations, equipping healthcare professionals with practical skills in AI, RPA, and data-driven decision-making.
A recognized thought leader in AI-driven workforce redesign, Lance has presented at national conferences on building the workforce of the future. He holds advanced certifications and is passionate about fostering cross-functional partnerships that break down silos and cultivate an AI-literate culture.
