Raman Singh is an accomplished healthcare leader with over 17 years of operations and clinical expertise. Raman served most recently as the Director of Nursing at Adventist Health, overseeing inpatient hospital units - Medical Surgical-Telemetry, Intensive Care, and Emergency Department as well as responsible for the LTC Subacute facility. Raman has previously worked in health systems, clinic operations, managed care, population health, behavioral health and health IT. Utilizing her diverse background, she understands the complexities of healthcare and has been instrumental in streamlining processes at Baptist Health South Florida, AtlantiCare Health System, Corewell Health, and Blue Shield of California.
Raman has continuously improved staff satisfaction, productivity, quality and outcomes at organizations through the implementation of an inclusive, collaborative and servant leadership style. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pace University, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from University of South Florida, and a Masters in Health Services Administration from The George Washington University. She is currently a doctoral candidate in health administration at the Medical University of South Carolina. Raman is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Certified Case Manager (CCM). She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and has mentored women leaders through the WISH program at Corewell Health.
