Intentional Leadership
In this highly engaging session, physicians and healthcare executives from varied leadership backgrounds will convey strategy and lessons learned from agility, adaptability and pivoting while leading in healthcare organizations amid evolving times. We will share actionable strategies that are applicable to a group of diverse stakeholders and empower them with new insights and tools to use immediately to build agility skills. In today's dynamic healthcare landscape, it is critical to balance vulnerability as a leader with professional agility and adaptability to build trust and belonging in healthcare teams. The speakers will introduce and explore the concept of adaptability quotient (AQ) and identify actionable strategies of when to focus on AQ, IQ and/or EQ.
