Build Your Schedule Starting Mid-November

Registrants may select sessions and build a schedule by logging into the Congress website with your ACHE ID. Full details for all our outstanding array of Congress sessions, panels and networking opportunities that match your professional goals will be available starting early November.

Program Director and Life Fellow Registration

Higher Education Network program directors and Life Fellows (LFACHE) receive reduced rates. Begin registration to view your rate.

 

Group Registration

For group registrations over 15, contact glapin@ache.org.

For smaller groups, registrants may add additional individuals to their registration and pay for everyone at once. You will need the additional registrants’ first and last names and the email addresses associated with their ACHE account. If they don’t have an ACHE account, create one here prior to registering. Please note that only credit cards are accepted for this multi-registrant option.

 

Guest Registration

Each registrant may add up to five guest(s) for $250 each.

The guest(s) must accompany the registrant. The Guest Pass includes access to the Leadership Exhibit Hall, the Monday and Wednesday networking receptions, and all continental breakfasts. The Guest Pass does not include any education sessions.

Guest Registration Eligibility

Guest Passes are limited strictly to spouses, guests and family members of registered participants. Guest Passes may not be issued to co-workers. If a co-worker or non-eligible individual is registered as a guest, their pass will be canceled without refund.

 

On-Site Registration

While we encourage you to register early, on-site registration is available throughout Congress. Please note that some events, such as luncheons and optional paid sessions, may sell out prior to the start of Congress.

 

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund (minus a processing fee), cancellations must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. Central time on Feb. 11, 2026. Note: Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment. We are unable to provide a credit toward future programs. View the full policy here.
