Melissa Crozier is an accomplished healthcare leader with over a decade of expertise driving financial and operational performance across the healthcare revenue cycle continuum. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving innovation through process improvement, and leveraging data to achieve measurable results. Her leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Melissa currently serves as Executive Director of Hospital Billing and Accounts Receivable at Wellstar Health System, where she leads enterprise-wide strategies to optimize billing operations, reduce aging A/R, and enhance financial outcomes across one of Georgia’s largest and most complex health systems.
Previously, she was AVP of Revenue Management at AccordCare, where she led a centralized team modernizing payment processes, streamlining team structures, and building advanced business intelligence solutions to drive revenue insights.
Prior to AccordCare, Melissa held senior leadership roles including Senior Project Manager at PT Solutions, where she led revenue-related projects across corporate finance, accounting, and M&A functions, and Director of Revenue Cycle at Benevis Dental Management, where she drove substantial improvements in authorization turnaround, payment posting, and system automation.
Earlier in her career at Emory Healthcare, Melissa led revenue integrity and clinic operations, earning national recognition for her innovations in quality control and revenue cycle optimization—achievements she presented at national conferences including HIMSS and ACHE.
Melissa brings a well-rounded background that spans business analytics, financial reporting, revenue integrity, and mergers & acquisitions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
